9.1 - Added a "Read" status on the Email Logs page for emails sent through secure or two-way patient messaging.

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed an issue in provider messaging where marking a conversation as unread changed the other user's read status from "Read by" back to "Sent".

1.2 - Fixed an issue where canned replies using {{language}}, {{province}}, and {{address}} did not populate and showed as "undefined".

1.3 - Fixed an issue where the chat header could display a patient name from another clinic.

1.4 - [Accuro] Labs can now be added as attachments in patient messaging.

1.5 - Fixed an issue where conversation search in Provider Home messaging returned incorrect or inconsistent results compared with the plug-in.

2. Cortico AI

2.1 - Improved AI chat response times.

2.3 - MOAs can now configure clinic-specific Inbox Assistant automation, so documents are assigned to the correct provider and classified accurately.

2.4 - Added the AI referral assistant to Provider Home messaging, so providers can chat with it to get a formatted referral and reminders about missing information.

3. UI/UX Improvements

3.1 - Referral status icon tooltips now show when each checkpoint was reached, making referral progress easier to track.

3.2 - Closing all conversations now shows a proper blank state.

3.3 - Reduced the visual weight of the "This is a closed conversation" message.

3.4 - Updated the group conversation icons.

3.5 - New design for the patient header.

4. Appointment Actions

4.1 - Fixed an issue where copied form responses containing Hernia Location Grid or E-Signature questions appeared as raw data instead of the response.

5.1 - Fixed an issue where clicking "Message" closed the Annotator before the annotated document could be saved.

6. Metrics & Monitoring

6.1 - AI chat generation stats now record the slowest duration of each turn phase, and error monitoring now reports context-window truncation, so long waits and dropped history are visible without a provider report (internal monitoring, no user-visible change).

7. Testing

7.1 - Fixed failing E2E tests following recent UI refactors (internal test fix, no user-visible change).
