1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - [Oscar EMR only] Patients can now update their selected pharmacy from the appointment-specific patient portal page.

1.2 - Fixed an issue where patients were not automatically returned to step 2 of the booking flow after paying a no-show fee.

2. Updates to Clinic Settings

2.1 - The Fax settings tab is now shown whenever any fax-related features are enabled or applicable to the clinic.

2.2 - Fixed an issue with clearing a custom specialization duration to fall back to the EMR default.

3. Updates to patient forms

3.1 - Fixed issues with eSignature question types, including answers not being recognized on submission.

4. Updates to payments

4.1 - Service fees can now be set to a negative value when creating invoices, supporting discounts and reimbursements.

4.2 - UI cleanup of the payments list page.

5. Updates to clinic billing

5.1 - Added a Terminal-only payment plan option.

6. Other updates

6.1 - UI updates to the organization of the staff and provider sidebar.

6.2 - Fixed an issue where clinic search in the Clinic Network returned no results for clinic names containing punctuation.

6.3 - Fixed an issue where staff were signed out of Cortico Web after accessing patient-authenticated APIs.

6.4 - Fax features now use the clinic's own fax account as the priority, falling back to Cortico's fax, alongside related refactoring.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Auto-tags are now remembered for automatically attached files, so tags don't need to be reapplied when sending them again.

1.2 - [MedAccess] Added "Upload to EMR" and "Dismiss" options for patient attachments in the plug-in.

1.3 - Patient messaging and internal/external messaging options are now hidden for clinics that have referrals enabled.

1.4 - Third-party email addresses are now displayed in encounter notes when an email is manually updated.

1.5 - Fixed an issue in Provider Home messaging where the "{patient} won't be able to reply" banner did not appear.

1.6 - Fixed an issue in Provider Home messaging where starting a new conversation with "Send (No Replies)" or "Send Securely (No Replies)" did not close the conversation, unlike in the plug-in.

2. Cortico AI

2.1 - Fixed an issue where built-in quick action prompts were not visible anywhere in the plug-in.

2.2 - Added citations to AI chat.

2.3 - Fixed an issue where languages with special characters were not supported in AI chat handout generation.

2.4 - Clinicians can now see exactly what patient context the AI has access to, making responses easier to trust and verify.

2.5 - Fixed a broken AI chat help article link on the consent page.

3. Appointment Actions

3.1 - Fixed an issue where the Quiet emoji no longer appeared on [Quiet] appointments.

3.2 - Added an "Upgrade to video" button to the plug-in for converting appointments to video.

4. Annotate & Fax

4.1 - Providers and MOAs can now add a custom contact from an empty Annotator contact list, so they can fax without existing contacts or a preferred pharmacy on file.

5. Metrics & Tracking

5.1 - Referral workflow events are now recorded in Cerebro so usage volume can be tracked (internal instrumentation, no user-visible change).

6. UI/UX Improvements

6.1 - Reduced the size of the "More Options" button shown when hovering over messages.

6.2 - New Filters UI.

6.3 - Unavailable features now indicate where they can be used instead of simply showing "Not Available", making them easier to discover and access.

7. Stability & Error Handling

7.1 - Fixed a useWaitForElement memory leak and a Masterfile refetch issue (internal fix, no user-visible change).

8. Code Quality & Infrastructure

8.1 - Removed all any types from the plug-in project and enforced lint checks so type safety cannot regress (internal code quality, no user-visible change).

9. Testing

9.1 - Updated two-way patient messaging tests to check Triage for patient replies to MOA-initiated conversations, and fixed flaky behaviour (internal test improvement, no user-visible change).
