6.7 - [MedAccess] Fixed an issue with retrieving appointment status when manually sending reminders from the System Status page.

6.8 - [All EMRs] Appointment status is now updated to "Reminder sent" after SMS reminders are sent (previously implemented for MedAccess only).

10.10 - Added an option to resend patient messaging emails (including attachments) from the Email Logs page.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed an issue where the Edit Filename action in patient messaging would accidentally send the attachment.

1.2 - Fixed an issue where the conversation list showed a patient's current email address on an older conversation after the email was changed mid-thread, rather than the address the message was actually sent to.

1.3 - When choosing a recipient for a message with a patient selected, providers can now see who is in the patient's circle of care, making it easier to identify and reach the providers already involved in that patient's care.

1.4 - When a provider outside the Cortico network receives a direct message from a provider inside the network, they now receive an email linking them to the self-registration page, so they can register, get their own Cortico instance, sign in, and read the message.

1.5 - [MedAccess] Fixed an issue where a patient message was sent to the incorrect contact method after an email address was entered manually.

1.6 - Tagged file chat bubbles are now less crowded when files have action badges, keeping conversations readable.

2. Cortico AI

2.1 - Providers and MOAs can now share handouts via patient messaging and referral letters via external messaging directly from AI chat.

2.2 - Fixed an issue where AI patient context was missing the clinical sidebar (medications, allergies, diagnosis registry, and histories) in the new Juno SPA.

2.3 - UI polish across AI chat.

2.4 - Reduced AI chat latency by moving to a faster underlying model.

2.5 - Clinicians can now give AI chat feedback with a thumbs up/down and an optional star rating, giving the team clearer signal than a plain "report a problem" flag.

2.6 - Removed the non-functional Copy button for documents in AI chat.

2.7 - Fixed an issue where expanding or collapsing the Cortico AI view reset the patient summary review confirmation.

2.8 - Providers and MOAs can now give feedback on AI chat answers and generated documents, so issues reach the engineering team immediately and AI output quality improves.

2.9 - The AI chat and artifact panes can now be resized, and the tab strip degrades gracefully at narrow widths, so chat and artifacts stay comfortable to view at any window size.

3. UI/UX Improvements

3.1 - Added drag and drop file support to the messenger and AI chat.

3.2 - Providers and MOAs can now drag and drop files into plug-in messaging and AI chat, attaching files without downloading and searching for them manually.

3.3 - Added a loading state for auto-attached file previews, so MOAs know when documents and eForms are still processing.

3.4 - Renamed "billing automation" to "billing autofill" for consistency with the knowledge base documentation.

4. Stability & Error Handling

4.1 - Replaced res.ok checks with try/catch error handling in auth, registration, and onboarding flows so errors are consistently caught and surfaced (internal refactor, no user-visible change).

4.2 - Replaced res.ok checks with try/catch error handling in pharmacy, clinic, and EMR service flows so errors are consistently caught and surfaced (internal refactor, no user-visible change).

5. Code Quality & Infrastructure

5.1 - Added further ESLint guardrails to enforce code quality and architectural conventions at lint time (internal code standards, no user-visible change).

5.2 - Consolidated recipient type derivation into a single hook, removing the need for supporting refs and flags (internal refactor, no user-visible change).

5.3 - Refactored form fetching from useCallback to useQuery for the new Juno UI (internal refactor, no user-visible change).

5.4 - Enforced a minimum ID length of 2 and removed support for single-character IDs, making identifiers more robust (internal change, no user-visible change).

6. Plug-in Integration

6.1 - Fixed an issue where plug-in billing autofill settings were not saving on Juno EMR.

6.2 - Fixed an issue on the Cortico Web patient page where triggering Copy to Encounter showed an error even though the copy succeeded (the red sync icon would still disappear).

7. Metrics & Tracking

7.1 - Consolidated AI event tracking so trackAiEvent and postEvent both route through cerebroEventService.trackEvent() (internal refactor, no user-visible change).

8. Annotate & Fax

8.1 - The Annotator now saves the most recent draft, so unsaved annotations are not lost when navigating away before applying them.

9. Prescription Receipt

9.1 - Fixed an issue where the Prescription Receipt feature did not use the patient's preferred name.

10. Appointment Actions

10.1 - UI updates to the "Email Appointment Details" and "Text Appointment Details" actions for cancelled appointments.

11. Testing

11.1 - Added jsdom/vitest unit tests covering v32.1 QA regression fixes so regressions are caught before release (internal test improvement, no user-visible change).

12. Plug-in Setup & Building

12.1 - Fixed an issue where part of the plug-in bundle was output as fontFaces.js instead of cortico.js (internal build fix, no user-visible change).
