The patient portal is a page accessible for patients of clinics who require patients to confirm their appointments. If you would like patients to confirm their appointments, please contact help@cortico.ca to set it up. Once it is set up, patients will be able to access the patient portal through the appointment confirmation emails.

Patients can access the patient portal through the confirmation email that is sent after booking an appointment. Patients can either click on the button or the link to view the patient portal in the confirmation email:

Features of the Patient Portal:

  • Appointment type, date, time, and doctor
  • Confirm appointment 
  • Cancel appointment
  • Link to open clinic address in maps for directions
  • Countdown to appointment in days, hours, minutes
  • Patient agreement
  • Appointment status once appointment has been confirmed
  • Upload photos 
  • Upload COVID Vaccine Card
  • Fill out pre-appointment forms

Please note: 

  • The link to the patient portal is a unique and secure link. Future appointments require a new link and will be sent in the confirmation emails.
  • Please use Google Chrome or Firefox (on a laptop) or Safari (on iPhone) or Chrome (on Android).

Note: Cortico also sends an email to patients reminding them to confirm their appointments, 2 days before the appointment.
