1. Updates to Patient Portal

1.1 - The Payments page is now hidden for clinics that do not have the payments feature enabled.

3.1 - Fixed an issue where custom next-question logic in multiple choice questions was only applying correctly to the first selected option.

3.2 - Fixed a display issue where file upload questions appeared to allow multiple file selections. Only one file can be uploaded per question, which is the intended behaviour.

3.3 - Fixed an issue where switching answer choices in a question did not correctly load the next question when each answer had a different follow-up question configured.

3.4 - [Accuro] Improved spacing between questions when form responses are saved as Clinical Notes in Accuro.

4. Updates to Request to Book

4.1 - Added the option to send Request to Book invitations as a voice call for patients with landline numbers.

5.1 - Added support for scanning health cards using the kiosk camera.

6.1 - [Profile] Added the ability to search by patient last name when assigning tasks on the Create New Task page.

7. Updates to Standalone Patient View

7.1 - Added options to send appointment details by email or SMS directly from the Appointments tab for upcoming appointments.

10. EMR Integration Updates

10.1 - [MedAccess] Fixed an issue where appointment duration was defaulting to 10 minutes regardless of the workflow configuration.

10.4 - [MedAccess] Improved session validation to ensure EMR sessions are active before proceeding with automation.

11. Other Updates

11.1 - Voice call appointment reminders are now included in the reminders report.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed an issue where opening a conversation you are not a member of caused the unread message count to decrease incorrectly.

1.2 - Fixed an issue where marking a message as unread and then reading it caused the notification count on the schedule page to decrement incorrectly.

1.3 - Fixed an issue where "Send (No Replies)" messages did not include the patient's name.

1.4 - Two-way patient messaging is now enabled for all remaining clinics.

1.5 - Fixed an issue where provider messaging was incorrectly returning anonymous user entries.

2. UI/UX Improvements

2.1 - The "No Selected Conversation" graphic is now displayed on additional pages where no patient is detected.

2.2 - Sent and seen checkmarks are now visible on messages for all members of a clinic, even if they are not the original sender or a member of the conversation.

2.3 - Improved loading behaviour when retrieving patient information, including a skeleton loading screen for a smoother experience.

2.4 - [McMaster] Renamed the "Description" field to "Document Description" in the Upload to Inbox feature.
