Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - Updated the "emphasize family doctor in booking" setting to apply across all workflow types, not just the family doctor workflow.

1.2 - Fixed an issue where the booking calendar did not automatically advance to the next month when the current month had no available time slots.

1.3 - Changed the order of service fee notices so that the default required message appears first.

1.4 - Fixed a display issue where timeline step labels in the booking sidebar were misaligned with their step numbers.

1.5 - When patients book using the in-clinic shortcut page, the clinic's location address is now displayed on the final confirmation step before submitting.

1.6 - Added support for post-appointment follow-up emails. The number of days elapsed before the email is sent can be configured per workflow.

2. Updates to Patient Forms

2.1 - Fixed an issue where the signature field placeholder text was cut off on mobile devices.

2.2 - Added options to configure whether the generated form report includes question numbers and/or question text.

3. Updates to Terminal Kiosks

3.1 - Fixed an issue where terminal check-in was not completing for patients with 9-digit PHNs (e.g. patients from NB or AB).

4. Updates to Request to Book

4.1 - Added the option to reactivate an expired Request to Book invitation, extending it by the same duration as the original invite.

4.2 - Fixed an issue where "Created Request to Book" events were not appearing in the patient event audit log on the standalone patient page.

4.3 - [Accuro] Added the option to automatically create a task in Accuro when a patient cancels an appointment through Cortico.

5. EMR Integration Updates

5.1 - [Profile] Separated the Health Card Province and address Province fields so they can be set independently.

5.2 - [Accuro] Improved performance of the tokens health check by running checks in parallel.

6. Other Updates

6.1 - Various improvements to the clinic monthly report.

6.2 - Various updates to the on-call system, including new text capabilities, handoff forcing, and an option to forward calls to the last on-call provider when no provider is currently scheduled.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed an issue where the first message in a conversation was incorrectly marked as "Read By" when a second message was sent immediately after, even if no one was signed into the patient portal.

1.2 - Links in patient messages are now hyperlinked and open in a new tab.

1.3 - Fixed an issue where the unread message count in the sidebar was not updating correctly after a page refresh.

1.4 - Fixed an issue where API requests were being blocked due to security rules on MedAccess for certain instances.

2. Annotate & Fax

2.1 - Added support for the Annotate & Fax feature in the new OscarPro UI.

3. Cortico AI

3.1 - Added support for the AI inbox in the new OscarPro UI.

3.2 - AI chat responses now include citations for the information provided.

3.3 - PDFs and documents from OSCAR are now included in AI summaries and chat context.

3.4 - PDFs and documents from Juno are now included in AI chat context.

3.5 - Fixed an issue where expanding the AI screen was not working correctly.

3.6 - Improved efficiency of AI inbox parsing to optimize performance and summarization quality.

4. Pharmacy Receipts

4.1 - Fixed an issue that could prevent pharmacy receipt emails from being sent successfully when a pharmacy was not found.
