1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - Fixed an issue where patients could bypass the Reason for Visit field by entering a blank space.

2. Updates to the Patient Portal

2.1 - Files that have been intentionally removed will no longer appear in the patient portal.

2.2 - Removed an incorrect browser warning that appeared when confirming video appointments in Chrome.

3. EMR Integration Updates

3.1 - [MedAccess] Improved booking flow performance by loading only one week of appointment availability on initial load.

4. Other Updates

4.1 - Added the ability to add shift exceptions to weekly doctor schedules, allowing specific dates to be blocked off without affecting the rest of the schedule.

4.2 - When clicking "Email appointment details" for a cancelled appointment, the cancellation email is now sent instead of the standard appointment details.

4.3 - Added a public-facing page listing handouts available at the clinic.

4.4 - New clinics now have a default email policy pre-configured, including information about cancellation fees and appointment attendance.

4.5 - Improved how clinic address notes are displayed when no location address is set, ensuring the address note is still shown.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Improved internal access controls for patient conversations.

1.2 - Fixed an issue where starting a new conversation with a file attached was not working.

1.3 - Fixed an issue where the messaging subscription dropdown could display an invalid contact option if a patient's email or phone number was removed.

1.4 - The Provider Inbox option now appears before Documents in the upload dropdown for clinics with that feature enabled.

1.5 - The last used send channel (e.g. email or SMS) is now remembered and preserved between messages unless deliberately changed.

1.6 - An encounter note entry is now logged when a provider uploads or dismisses a file in a conversation.

1.7 - Fixed an issue where sending a new message caused the conversation list to flicker or change unexpectedly.

1.8 - Fixed an issue where outgoing SMS messages briefly showed a red error indicator before displaying correctly.

2. Cortico AI

2.1 - Improved PDF processing in the AI inbox for better compatibility across browsers.

2.2 - Clinicians can now view their AI conversation history and resume past conversations.

3. Annotate & Fax

3.1 - Added support for annotating and faxing HRM documents and attaching items directly from the EMR.

3.2 - Added tooltips to the annotator to help guide usage.

4.1 - Improved routing stability to ensure pages are fully loaded before the plug-in activates.
