1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - Minor layout updates to the "You're almost done! Click Book Appointment to complete" call-to-action in the last step of the booking flow.

1.2 - For clinics with a custom phone number, added a call-to-action on the post-booking page allowing patients to save the clinic's phone number to their contacts.

2. Updates to new patient signup

2.1 - Renamed the "Visit Reason" label in the sidebar timeline (previously shared with terminal check-in) to "Additional Information".

3. Updates to the patient portal

3.1 - UX and layout fixes for the patient portal on mobile.

3.2 - Fixed an issue where patients were unable to sign in if they did not have an email address on their chart.

3.3 - UX improvements to the Messages tab for the state where no conversation is initially selected.

3.4 - Files sent within two-way patient messaging conversations are now available in the Files page.

4. Updates to video appointments

4.1 - UI updates to the video appointment waiting room.

5. Updates to Clinic Settings

5.1 - UX improvements to configuring appointment duration settings, including auto-translating minute values over 60 into hours and minutes.

6. Updates to provider daysheet

6.1 - [Oscar and Accuro only] Added a button to quickly upgrade phone appointments to video appointments.

6.2 - Fixed an issue where special characters in a provider's name were not being encoded correctly on the daysheet.

7. Updates to EMR integrations

7.1 - The patient's full name is now displayed on the Reminders Report page for non-Oscar EMRs.

7.2 - [non-Juno Oscar] Added a Pronouns field to the new patient form and the patient portal.

7.3 - [Accuro] Fixed an issue with confirming and cancelling appointments from the patient portal.

8. Other updates

8.1 - Fixed a broken provider training link in the Cortico account welcome email.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Triage conversations are now removed from the Triage tab immediately after an MOA replies, so the tab only shows conversations that still need triage.

1.2 - Re-enabled file upload and dismiss actions on Accuro.

1.3 - The new v2 conversation list ("Messages β") now reaches partial feature parity with v1, supporting search, filter, tabs, archive, and unread tracking.

2. Cortico AI

2.1 - Cortico AI can now access patient demographics.

2.2 - Fixed several issues with AI Chat auto-naming, including titles being erased on the second exchange, content type mismatches, and silent failures.

3. Annotator

3.1 - Attachments within the Annotator are now editable, so they can be annotated as well.

4. Authentication & Access Control

4.1 - Fixed an issue where a "Session Expired" dialog appeared after logging in on the plug-in localhost setup.

5. UI/UX Improvements

5.1 - Clearer Quick Action icons and easier shortcut management, making chat actions more recognizable and visually consistent.

5.2 - The AI chat UI is now visually consistent with the rest of the plug-in for a more cohesive experience.

5.3 - Design polish on the Add Attachments UI.
