8.2 - UI updates to the Service Events table page.

8.3 - UI updates to the Reminders Report page.

8.4 - For EMRs that don't support patient status, Cortico now stores the patient's status, and it can be updated from the standalone patient page.

8.6 - Updated the AI features section of the clinic monthly report.

8.7 - Fixed an issue with redacting documents sent to patients through invoices.

Cortico Plug-in

1. Messaging

1.1 - Inbox documents with semicolons in their filenames can now be sent, so fax documents can be shared without renaming them.

2. Referrals

2.1 - An urgency badge now appears in the referral SBAR preview, so the referral's urgency can be confirmed before sending.

2.2 - Providers and MOAs can now verify new providers in their clinic so they can start using the Cortico Referral feature.

3. Cortico AI & Inbox Assistant

3.1 - AI quick actions can now be pinned to the plug-in Quick Actions menu, and quick prompts are managed from a redesigned menu, so common AI prompts run in one click.

3.2 - AI inbox triage replies now always follow a fixed format, so no item's urgency is silently downgraded or lost.

3.3 - The Inbox Assistant now searches by date of birth and patient name when the PHN is missing or low confidence, to help identify the correct patient.

3.4 - Inbox Assistant rules are now locked during scans and kept in sync with permitted providers, so only valid rules stay active.

3.5 - Upgraded the AI models used by Cortico AI, now served from a Canadian-region endpoint.

3.6 - Fixed an issue where the AI inbox showed a Failed count but no Needs Review section when the failed items were Urgent or Semi-Urgent.

3.7 - [MedAccess] Fixed an issue where the send-to-patient option was missing for generated patient summaries and handouts.

3.8 - Saved Annotator contacts can now be shared with the clinic, so colleagues can reuse the same contacts.

4. UI/UX Improvements

4.1 - Fixed a dark shadow strip appearing on the right edge of the AI chat panel.

4.2 - Patient message fields now expand, and the Enter key behaves consistently, making it clear whether a new line or a sent message is being created.

5. Native App

5.1 - Providers can now sign in to the native app with their Cortico account to access it securely on their phone.

6. Metrics & Tracking

6.1 - Consolidated attachment tracking into one event so attachment usage is measured consistently (internal tracking, no user-visible change).

6.2 - Added tracking for inbox assignment starts and failures to measure feature usage (internal tracking, no user-visible change).

6.3 - Added workflow event coverage for the AI Inbox Assistant so its automation usage is counted in plug-in activity metrics (internal tracking, no user-visible change).

7. Testing & Reliability

7.1 - Added E2E tests for all three plug-in send options to confirm each keeps its expected conversation and reply behaviour (internal testing, no user-visible change).
