Cortico Web Release

1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - The availability badge is no longer shown after the time selection step.

1.2 - Maintenance updates to how patient information is autofilled in step 1 of booking (no user-visible change).

1.3 - If a patient's sign-in session times out, they are now redirected back to step 1 of booking.

1.4 - [Accuro] Fixed an issue where reason-for-visit service fee payments were not appearing in the booking flow.

2. Updates to terminal kiosks

2.1 - The patient's check-in time is now added to the appointment notes, where supported by the EMR.

3. Updates to provider home/daysheet

3.1 - UI updates to the My Account page.

3.2 - UI updates to the Provider Resources page.

3.3 - Providers can now phone patients through the browser from the appointment detail section.

4. Updates to patient forms

4.1 - Fixed issues where custom PDF template output did not use the latest form responses, and where generating a PDF from older responses returned an error after the form was edited.

5. Updates to Clinic Settings

5.1 - Further updates and fixes to the new Clinic Settings page.

6. Updates to EMR integrations

6.1 - [PSS] Fixed an issue where Quiet appointments were displayed as Phone appointments.

6.2 - [Profile] Uploaded documents are now assigned to the patient's provider in the EMR.

7. Other updates

7.1 - Added a security feature that locks a staff account after it exceeds a threshold of patient or document access.

7.2 - Updates to how metadata is handled for the Handouts feature.

7.3 - [Clinic directory] Clinic search results can now be sorted by availability.

Cortico Plug-in

1. Referrals

1.1 - Providers can now add or create patient data while searching for a patient when creating a new referral.

1.2 - Added an "Urgency" field to the referral card.

2. Messaging

2.1 - Fixed an issue in external provider messaging where, when an MOA at the receiving clinic read a message, the sender's notification count was decremented instead of the reader's.

2.2 - Fixed a session issue when sending a message to two patients who share the same email address.

2.3 - New conversations addressed to the clinic now appear live in the MOA's Triage tab, without refreshing the page.

2.4 - Fixed an issue in Provider Home messaging where a conversation moved to the top of the sender's list when the recipient read it.

3. Cortico AI & Inbox Assistant

3.1 - The Inbox Assistant now supports clinic-specific prompts and partial results, so inbox items can be reviewed with relevant context.

3.2 - Fixed an issue where AI chat only saw the encounter notes that had loaded on the eChart.

3.3 - AI chat summarization prompts now include patient demographics, so summaries keep essential patient context.

3.4 - The Inbox Assistant now matches patients by checking the document's PHN, name, and date of birth against the EMR, rather than relying on the AI's own confidence scores, so documents are filed to the right patient.

4. UI/UX Improvements

4.1 - Clinicians can now dismiss the AI chat context coverage line to keep the chat header uncluttered, and it returns when needed.

4.2 - [Oscar] Clinicians billing in OSCAR now see AI-suggested BC MSP ICD-9 diagnostic codes beside the billing form's diagnostic fields.

4.3 - The Annotator now uses shared UI components for consistency and easier maintenance (internal refactor, no user-visible change).

5. Mobile App

5.1 - Added bottom navigation, biometric settings, and history to the mobile app.

6. Invites

6.1 - Colleague referral links now identify the individual provider who shared them, so referral attribution is tracked per person.

7. Metrics & Tracking

7.1 - Added tracking of which plug-in installs are active in an EMR each day (internal tracking, no user-visible change).

8. Testing

8.1 - Added an E2E test covering the eReferral flow in Provider Messaging on web, from referral creation to completion (internal testing, no user-visible change).
