Cortico will sometimes show an Availability Badge for the next available appointment on the Booking page, so that patients can see when the earliest availability will be without needing to enter their information.

These Badges are generated based on cached data from your EMR. Cortico runs a job that scans your EMR schedules every ~2 hours. This cache is also updated whenver a patient gets to step 3 of the booking process (appointment date and time selection), since Cortico does a fresh search for open slots to prevent double bookings when patients choose a time. When a patient cancels an appointment, the cancelled slot is made available again for booking and added back to the cached "Available" slots. 

Please Note: If you make any schedule changes in Oscar, they will not immediately be reflected in the Availability Badge. The Availability Badge should update when the Cortico job runs again (every ~2 hours), or when a patient gets to step 3 of booking.
