This fee is charged when the patient selects a specific reason for visit with a fee attached. Examples include Driver Medical Exam or dietician consult. The patient will be prompted to pay the amount configured in the admin.

Booking Flow

In Step 2: Patient Information, the patient will be prompted to select an option from "Reason for visit / Symptoms". The options in the dropdown menu can be configured to have a fee attached, for example Driver Medical Exam.

Once a patient selects an option that has a fee attached, they will be notified of the fee.

In Step 4: Additional information, patients will be prompted to fill in their billing information before booking an appointment. The patient is charged when the appointment is booked.
