This message "Your doctor does not provide this service. Please choose another service or contact the clinic for assistance." may appear on the second page- patient information during booking. 

If this message appears, it is because your family doctor does not provide service for the type of appointment you have selected. Try booking another appointment type if you would still like to book with your family doctor.
