What to do when you receive this message when booking: "We can't find your doctor at this clinic location. Please make sure you have selected the correct clinic location and try again"

How to troubleshoot when your receive this message when booking an appointment.

If you receive this message when booking a family doctor appointment, "We can't find your doctor at this clinic location. Please make sure you have selected the correct clinic location and try again", it could be because of two reasons:

1. A doctor is not assigned to you in your patient records.

To solve this, book a different appointment type that allows you to select your doctor (ex. specific doctor walk in or family doctor locums).

2. You are on the incorrect booking page for your clinic location. If your clinic has multiple locations, you may have accidentally selected the wrong clinic.

To solve this, return to the homepage by clicking on the clinic's name on the top left corner of the page, to reselect the correct location.
