If the pre-filled information does not appear for you, you may copy and paste the following:
Subject: Whitelist Cortico IP Address
"Hi,
Please whitelist the following IP addresses for Cortico to ensure we can connect. Cortico has a main server as well as a backup server, so please whitelist all of these IP addresses:
192.30.89.37
192.30.89.38
193.188.3.213,
193.188.3.212"
Note: Check with Cortico to ensure that this IP address is correct. There may be a circumstance where you will be asked to use a different IP address
This process might take between a few hours to a several days, depending on the EMR provider. Your Cortico account manager will reach out to you to start customizing Cortico to meet your needs.
