Steps you can take to indicate to patients that you are fully booked for walk-in appointments.

If your clinic takes walk-in appointments, and you would like to notify to patients that bookings are closed for the rest of the day, you can do this through your first page pop-up.
By notifying your patients of this in your first page pop-up, it will prevent the problem of patients proceeding with booking to step 3 only to find that there are no more available time slots for the day.
On days that your clinic has walk-in appointments available, you can have a staff member update your first page pop-up to notify to patients that you are fully booked
