After an appointment, all patients can easily book a follow-up appointment on the same day if needed. 

For clinics with "Allow multiple future appointments" disabled, the appointment on the current day is excluded from "future appointments", so patients are able to book a follow-up on the same day.

After a patient leaves a video appointment, there is a button for patients to book a follow-up appointment. It will direct them to your clinic's booking page and the patient can select the appointment type to start booking.

This feature also allows patients that have missed their appointment, to rebook their appointment on their missed appointment date. They won't have to wait 24 hours to rebook it.
