A summarization of the email delivery logs added to your Cortico instance

Updated 3 days ago

Cortico has added a feature where email delivery logs are publicly visible to clinics!

You can access the Email Logs page from the drop down menu to the left of your dashboard.

Emails can be filtered by the recipient's email address, the status (all emails, read, unread), source (plug-in or Cortico) and the date range.

From a clinic's perspective, these logs can be used as an identification that reminders are being sent out to patients and also in confirming if reminders and emails are sent when a patient questions they did not receive anything. That Status column can help clinics investigate whether patients received their emails or not.

  • Opened: Indicates the patient receive the email and has read the message.

  • Delivered: Indicates the email was sent to the patient, but they haven't opened/read the message yet. If the email was delivered to the patient, but hasn't opened it yet, the email could have been sent to the patient's spam or junk folder and you should inform the patient to check those folders to see if it was sent there.

  • Failed: Indicates the email did not send to the patient and you can click on "Failed" to see the reason why.
