To enable online booking and patient creation, Cortico needs access to your MedAccess EMR. We recommend creating a dedicated administrator (ADMIN) user account for Cortico to use.
Cortico accesses only the information required to enable online booking and patient creation. If troubleshooting is needed, our Support team may use these credentials to assist you. Protecting patient privacy and maintaining data security are always a top priority.
1.1.1 Create the Cortico Admin User in MedAccess
1.1.2 Provide MedAccess Details to Cortico
Once the ADMIN user has been created, please share the following details with your Cortico onboarding or support team member:
Host URL
This is the web address you use to access your MedAccess EMR.
Admin account username and password
The credentials for the newly created Cortico ADMIN user.
Initial login credentials
The username and password required for the first pop-up login screen that appears when accessing your MedAccess EMR link.
Your Cortico consulting team member will use this information to complete the connection between Cortico and your EMR.
