Use these instructions to create a new Admin account for your EMR for use with Cortico.

1. Log into your EMR. 2. Click on Profile in the top-left corner. 3. Select User List under User Administration. 4. Click New at the top-right. 5. For Role, *select ADMIN.* 6. Enter the following user details: - Username: Cortico - First Name: Cortico - Last Name: Testing 7. Set a password for us to use. 8. Under Groups, select “Your Clinic Name – All Users”. If this is not available, select “All Users” for each of the three fields: Clinic Group, Billing Group, Schedule Group.
