When running the Pharmacy Sync, Cortico first searches the pharmacy by name, then cross-references the fax number before it is considered a match. You will see some errors at first.

Error Message Recommended Steps
"Pharmacy does not exist in Cortico Pharmacy Database" This shouldn't happen - please report this to help@cortico.ca with the appointment ID.
"Could not reach Cortico Pharmacy Database Unable to parse Cortico Pharmacy Text" This shouldn't happen - please report this to help@cortico.ca .
"(pharmacy name) does not exist in your Oscar pharmacy database." Please add this pharmacy to your Oscar pharmacy database, or check the fax number is incorrect.
"Error getting patient's current pharmacy from Oscar" This indicates a problem in Oscar, let us know at help@cortico.ca
