When running the Pharmacy Sync, Cortico first searches the pharmacy by name, then cross-references the fax number before it is considered a match. You will see some errors at first.

"(pharmacy name) does not exist in your Oscar pharmacy database." | Please add this pharmacy to your Oscar pharmacy database, or check the fax number is incorrect. |
"Error getting patient's current pharmacy from Oscar" | This indicates a problem in Oscar, let us know at help@cortico.ca |
