Packages

Official Packages: See cortico.health/pricing.

Custom Institional Packages: Large scale NGO/Government/Corporate clients may work with us to develop a custom package to fit the needs of their users, outside Cortico's usual offerings. These packages are not publicly available on a retail basis.

Starter Package: In addition in certain cases the "Starter" package may be made available (upon sales agent approval) for clinicians who only wish to use patient messaging and no other features initially.

A la Carte

Some features are available to purchase separately, if the user does not wish to upgrade to a higher package. Specifically:

  1. Mass Email. Mass email is included in some packages but is otherwise available at a fee of $.0025/message for self serve an extra $200 per concierge (assisted) send.
  2. Kiosk. Can be added to any package for $149/mo for the first terminal, $50/mo for additional teriminals, plus hardware cost ($950). note - Kiosk is available standalone (not part of other plan) for $225/mo.
  3. AI Inbox + Task Automation. Can be added to any package for $50/FTE/mo. Click here to learn more

Additional Features

In addition to features listed on cortico.health/pricing, these features are available on all plans:

  • Wait time estimatation
  • Local language translation (for existing languages. Note that new languages can be added at customer's expense)
  • Prescription coordination (preferred pharmacy automation)

Fee Changes

Cortico is a relatively new product and is evolving quickly to serve medical practices even better. Sometimes this involves changes to our pricing structure to better fit the needs of customers overall. What to expect:

  • For customers who wish to guarantee a particular fee will not change for a period, they have the option to pre-pay that period. For example, if fees are pre-paid by a customer for 12 months, then no fee changes can take place until that pre-paid period ends.
  • Most years, there is no change to most pricing packages. When prices do change, Cortico has never increased prices more than 10% in one year.
  • To date: the Essentials package has changed price from $76/FTE/month to $82 over 3 years. The Premium package has always been $109 for 3 years. Elite has always been $199, for 3 years.
  • Minimum total monthly fee per customer is $99
  • EMR vendors often charge fees to allow use of Cortico at a clinic, which we share 50/50 with customers.
  • When prices change, customers have been notified a year in advance and grandfathered (and we intend to continue this policy when possible).
