Deleting appointments in Oscar does not allow the appointment timeslot to be bookable in Cortico. It hides the appointment and does not actually delete it. To avoid this problem with bookings, you must cancel appointments in Oscar instead of deleting them. This will allow the timeslot for cancelled appointments to be bookable by other patients.
Please note: Deleting "Do not book" blocks in doctor schedules in Oscar will prevent the doctor's schedule from loading in Oscar. If you have accidentally done this, please contact the WELL support team for further assistance and let help@cortico.ca know about the issue.
