Updates:

1. Signatures now carry over when bulk e-form strategy is used

2. Support for more web based EMRs including MedAccess with patient email and SMS, login/logout

3. Billing Page Automation, autofilling various fields on the billing page (Juno only currently, available for Oscar next).
