Patient Forms Updates:

1. Standalone forms now support new patient signup. Patients can fill out the new patient form and be redirected to fill out the standalone form. This feature must be enabled on a per-form basis.

2. UI improvements to text and slider questions:

• The "Save" button has been renamed to "Next" and is not full-width

• The "Submit form" button when filling out the form from the Patient Portal or as a standalone form will be hidden until the last question is answered

JUNO UI Updates:

For clinics using the new JUNO UI, you can now allow configuring appointment mediums and workflow using the OSCAR Appointment Type field.
