Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed a bug where clicking on "Cancel" in the new patient form during online booking led to a login page.

2. Fixed a bug where the earliest availability info was sometimes displaying past dates.

3. Fixed a bug where having any errors or blank answers in patient forms would highlight all questions in red, instead of only the question that needed correction.
