SMS Reminder Updates:

1. Some SMS messages exceed the 160 character limit due to lengthy names or words, so we've shortened the SMS message to reduce occurrences of sending multiple message (e.g. "Jane Smith" to "J. Smith", "Doctor" to "Dr.").
