1. Improvements to UI for slider questions:

• Removed textbox next to slider

• Display the slider value above the selector

• Display the min/max ranges next to the slider.

Clinic Setting Page Updates:

1. In the Provider card, we've made performance improvements when adding many workflows to a provider. Previously, when you made multiple changes to workflows or statuses, it took a few seconds to save the changes.
