The Cortico Oscar Plug-In allows you to view patient's responses to diagnostic questions directly from your EMR.

Steps:

1. Login to your Oscar

2. Click on the blue Cortico logo in the bottom right corner of your Oscar homepage.

3. A sidebar will appear afterwards.

Enter your clinic name in the clinic name field as it appears in your cortico URL and log in with your cortico credentials.

4. Once you've signed in, from the appointment details page of any appointment, click "Patient Responses" to view the patient's answers to your diagnostic questions (if any).

Note: Patient responses are also viewable in the provider schedule.
