Now that we're connected, let's set up the booking system for your clinic!

• Step 2.1: Set up Cortico Instance

  • Cortico will set up an instance for your clinic that is ready to go live!

  • The instance is a booking system that allows your patients to:

    • Book with: All Family Physicians (FP) in your clinic

    • Appointment types: in-clinic/video/phone

  • The link to your booking site will be <yourclinicname>.cortico.ca. 

• Step 2.2: Cortico Settings

  • Let Cortico understand more about your practice!

  • Please log in to your provided Cortico account > click on Settings > fill in the blank fields in the General tab. You can also contact the Cortico Support Team (help@cortico.ca) if you need any assistance. 

  • Once that's done, our Customer Success Rep will also schedule a meeting with you to discuss our plan for launching the online booking system for your family doctors.
