How to troubleshoot when your cache is stuck

Follow these steps to learn how to troubleshoot when your cache is stuck.

How to view the manage cache page:

  1. Login to your Cortico account

  2. Click on "Menu" on the top left corner of the page

  3. Click on "Manage Cache"

The cache page provides information on doctor's schedules so that patients can see a preview of the doctor's schedule in booking step 2. It informs patients the earliest time a doctor is available at.

(Please note: The doctor's name will appear before their availability on your clinic's booking page)

If your cache is stuck, it will not prevent patients from selecting and booking appointments. But to fix it, please contact help@cortico.ca
