Cortico offers a new feature allowing you to set which teams a provider is a part of, and allows you to set additional secondary teams that can be fallen back to if required.

Setting up a health team requires: a team name, knowing the providers who are part of the team, as well as a specified start and end date (or they can both be null).

e.g. Ashley Doctor and Clark Doctor are part of a team, which is available for a patient to select while booking through a non-rostered workflow. If the patient does not find a convenient time, we provide a pop-up in yellow below offering the patient additional availability to select from.

e.g. Once the yellow pop-up is clicked, Alfred Doctor's availability is added for the Patient's Selection

This solution can be utilized to to better manage which providers patients are allowed to book with, and prioritize certain providers over others in a workflow based on appointment availability.
