Cortico Release Notes - September 18, 2025

Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Updated the email reminder notification that appears when a patient has multiple appointments at a clinic on the same day to emphasize the start time of the first appointment.

1.2 - Updated the format and display of the error message and suggestions that appear when no availability is found within the first 7 days in "Any provider" mode.

2. Updates to the Patient Portal:

2.1 - Added the ability for a patient to update their preferred phone number for Phone Appointments directly from the patient dashboard. This can be updated to one of their existing phone numbers on file, or they can enter a custom phone number for that appointment.

3. Updates to Terminal Kiosks:

3.1 - Added Reason-For-Visit dropdown support to terminal booking (note: payments are not supported).

4. Other Updates:

4.1 - Added a "Trust this device for 30 days" sign-in option for staff/provider users.

4.2 - Links can now be opened in a new tab from patient forms (added "target" to allowed attributes for <a> hyperlinks).

4.3 - [Accuro] Fixed a bug where appointments without a patient appeared in an error state in the daysheet.

4.4 - [Profile] Added API support for appointment statuses "here" and "confirmed".

4.5 - [Profile] Added support for multiple appointment slot durations in one day.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Updates to 2-Way Patient Messaging:

1.1 - Fixed a bug where the latest message's “Read by” status would show the sender’s name.

1.2 - Removed .gif support.

1.3 - Performance improvements.

1.4 - Updated UI for hover states and message options.

1.5 - Fixed a bug where “Send (No Replies)” and “Send Securely (No Replies)” did not work for provider messaging.

2. Updates to the User Experience:

2.1 - Users will now be shown the sign in page by default if not logged in, and the Automations page if logged in.

3. Updates to Freemium:

3.1 - Added tracking to measure how often the Freemium Popup is triggered.
