Cortico Release Notes - September 11, 2025

Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking:

1.1 - Fixed a bug where "Try other available booking options" was appearing when no other publicly accessible booking options (e.g. non-rostered, first available walk-in, or auto-triage) were available.

1.2 - Added ICS file attachments (Calendar integrations) back to reminder emails.

1.3 - Fixed a bug where the "Home visit" option in Booking Flow Step 3 was misaligned.

2. Updates to Patient Portal:

2.1 - Added a "Go to Patient Home" button on the individual appointment patient portal.

2.2 - Fixed a bug where new conversations started by patients were not automatically opened after sending a message.

2.3 - Added a warning that appears when a patient has an unsent message and tries to navigate away from the page.

3. Updates to Request to Book:

3.1 - Allowed sending invites to new patients (patients not in the EMR yet) via SMS.

4. Updates to Payments:

4.1 - Added Provider Names (in addition to Provider numbers) to the exported report.

4.2 - Added an option to include payments in standalone forms. This new feature allows multiple fees to be included in the same form depending on patient answers, and each fee shows up itemized in the payment info.

4.3 - Added horizontal scrolling for the payments table on mobile.

4.4 - Fixed a bug that occurred when searching by demographic number on the 'Create Invoice' page.

5. Other Updates:

5.1 - [Oscar] Fixed a bug where extra spaces in the patient's email address in the EMR caused the patient lookup by email to fail.

5.2 - Added a "Sign out from all devices" feature for staff/providers.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Updates to the User Interface:

1.1 - Applied initial changes to the Plug-in UI.

1.2 - Added new headers and navigation controls.

1.3 - Applied Read/Sent Indicator Readability Improvements.

1.4 - Added easier way to access file actions in the chat.

1.5 - Introduced new, cleaner design for the message list.

1.6 - Overhauled Profile page.

2. Updates to Messaging:

2.1 - Embedded Plug-in in the QR Rx Page to Message Doctor.

2.2 - Fixed a bug where conversation previews for provider messaging showed the wrong clinic name.

2.3 - Fixed a bug where cities were not shown in the provider messaging clinic search UI.

2.4 - Disabled adding multiple clinics to the confirmation screen for testing.

2.5 - Made the subject line in provider messaging a required field.

2.6 - Applied Amendment to ChatUser model.

2.7 - Applied performance improvements on Conversation List API.

2.8 - Added ability to disable unsynchronized notifications.

2.9 - Made performance improvements to the Conversation Table.

2.10 - Fixed a bug where notification indicators were not updating when receiving provider messages.

2.11 - Fixed a bug where words would break incorrectly inside chat bubbles.

2.12 - Fixed a bug where components and containers were incorrectly sized.

3. Updates to Sentry:

3.1 - Integrated the updated Sentry.

4. Updates to Build Scripts:

4.1 - Added support for dynamic imports and generating chunks to improve Plug-in performance.

4.2 - Set up shadow dom infrastructure to improve Plug-in performance.

4.3 - Changed the standalone build so that it takes its output path from an environment variable.

5. Updates to Plug-in Registration:

5.1 - Fixed a bug where registration dialogue would overlap when opened from the sign up page.

5.2 - Fixed a bug where clinic claim events would be sent every time the user pressed submit.

5.3 - Fixed a bug where the Plug-in registration search bar would move the cursor to the end of the line when the user tried to type in the middle.

6. Updates to Specialist Referral Receipts:

6.1 - Added ability to create custom Specialist Referral Receipts email/SMS templates.

7. Updates to the Time Tracker:

7.1 - Merged the Time Tracker to 'Develop'.

7.2 - Modified the Time Tracker CSV file name.

7.3 - Added ability to download Time Tracker reports with custom dates.

8. Updates to Preferred Pharmacies:

8.1 - Fixed a bug where preferred pharmacies could not be updated from the patient's latest appointment.
