Patient Portal Updates:

1. Added "optional" next to patient photo/document uploads if the clinic has not specifically requested documents from the patient.

2. Remove the header when a patient enters a video appointment to make the "Join Video Call" button more prominent. 

Patient Auth Updates:

1. Added a "sign out" button to the patient auth page.

Other Updates:

1. Fixed a bug where clicking on an old "book by invite" link after the appointment was already booked resulted in an error page. 

Cortico Plug-In Release:

There are no plug-in updates for 19.5 release.
