1. Fixed a bug in cases where a patient has multiple appointments in one day and they are combined into one reminder email, the appointments are now sorted chronologically. 

Uploaded Photos/Documents Updates:

1. [Accuro only] Uploaded photos/documents can now be uploaded to the patient's chart in Accuro.

Patient Forms Updates:

1. Added a new configurable option, "Message shown to patients after completing the standalone form".

2. Fixed a bug where images in form questions did not fit on the page.
