Payment Updates:

1. Fixed a bug where invoice documents aren't sent to patients if the clinic manually "completes" the invoice. 

2. Fixed a bug where invoice documents greater than 10mb cause the email to the patient to fail, and change from sending the document as an attachment to a download link from Cortico.

Patient Forms New Feature:

1. Questions can be organized into "groups" which will be shown together (instead of one question at a time) when a patient fills out the form. 

Cortico Plug-In Release:

1. Added email prescription receipts from the RX Page. 

2. Fixed a bug where the Welcome Message in Accuro EMR did not show properly.
