Updates to appointment booking:

1. On the last page of booking, we now allow patients who have unsubscribed from email reminders to re-subscribe.

Changed the clinic name in the navigation bar to link to the clinic website, instead of the Cortico homepage.

Updates to the new patient signup form:

1. In the "How did you hear about us" question, changed "Referred by a Friend" to "Referred by someone I know".

2. In the "Guardian relation to child" question for underage patients, removed the "Both" option and added a "Guardian" option.

3. In the "Child lives with" question for underage patients, added a "Guardian" option.

Updates to clinic settings:

1. We now allow images to be embedded in policy popups and email policies.

1. Doctors that are fully booked have "(Fully Booked)" beside their names in the drop-down menu for doctor selector in step 2 of the booking
