Updates to appointment booking:

1. Visual redesign of the new patient signup page and terminal check-in page. These pages have been updated to be consistent with Cortico's branding and improve the user experience.

2. [Ontario Clinics] Patients at Ontario clinics can now update their version code when it has expired or is expiring soon.

3. Fixed a bug in workflows that don't accept new patients where new private patients were being shown the "Yes, I'm new" option when trying to book.

Updates to the Clinic Settings page:

1. Changed the behavior of the Oscar Settings tab, where clicking away from the tab would previously automatically save the form. This might cause undesirable behavior where the user didn't mean to save the form. Now, the form is only saved when a user explicitly clicks "Save".

Changed email reminders to be sent at 6 am local time for each clinic, instead of 2 am PT for all clinics.
