Updates to the appointment booking page:

1. Updated the privacy/security policy.

2. Bugfix: The field "Your first name" in Step 2 of booking is no longer rendered on two lines.

Updates to the new patient form:

1. Bugfix: we now remove any whitespace in the middle of the PHN field. (Previously, we were only removing whitespace at the beginning and end of the PHN field.) This affects Ontario patients, where entering a PHN such as "1234512345 ON" will now work (where previously only "1234512345ON" would have worked).

Updates to video appointments:

1. Added patient allergies to the doctor's view in video appointments.

Updates to the clinic settings page:

1. In the provider modal, specializations can now be set to active or inactive. Delete Specialization button will only be shown when the user is creating a new specialization. (Inactive specialization will have less opacity to differentiate between active and inactive specializations)

Updates to the confirm/cancel appointments page:

1. Bugfix: fixed a bug where an empty box was being displayed (instead of a message) if a patient had no booked appointments.
