1. Terminal configuration is refactored to terminal walk-in workflow which can be assigned to a specialization.

2. Terminal walk-in workflow can now enable or disable new patient scheduling.

Updates to clinic settings:

1. Added a new field in the workflow card to configure "Allow new patient scheduling" with help text when it is enabled.

2. Added a new field in specialization to configure "Start time" if specialization's workflow is for terminals.
