1. Approval To Initiate - (takes 15 minutes) First, you will need to approve linking your Accuro instance with Cortico. Simply email help@cortico.ca a list of the active doctors that will be using Cortico with Accuro.
  2. Accuro Connection Request - (takes up to 30 days) Once we have this approval, we will email Accuro's technical team and they will send documents for signature as required for you to approve this connection.
  3. Finalize Connection - (takes up to 2 days) Accuro will distribute the Practice UUID and Tenant ID which allows Cortico to proceed with the final setup.
  4. Discovery - (optional) Prior to the Pilot meeting, you will provide us with:
    1. Any of the following Accuro configurations you are using in the Schedule Management settings
      1. Appointment Suggestions
      2. Appointment Type
      3. Appointment Reason
      4. Appointment Status (Accuro Schedule > Priorities, Reasons and Statuses)
  5. Pilot Meeting - (takes 90 minutes)
    1. We will meet with you for product orientation and any final setup steps.
    2. The content of this meeting varies considerably on what Cortico tools you are using.
  6. Launch - (takes 1 to 3 days)
    1. Your initial Cortico services go live shortly after.
