Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Appointment Booking

1.1 - Fixed a bug where patients booking via a Request to Book (RTB) invite were not redirected back to the RTB link after completing 2FA verification in Step 2.

1.2 - Fixed a bug where the preferred phone number dropdown for phone appointments showed a blank value when a patient’s phone number contained only whitespace.

1.3 - Patient contact information entered in Step 2 is now saved to the EMR immediately upon saving, rather than waiting until the appointment is booked.

1.4 - Fixed a visual issue where multiple-choice questions with many options could cause scrolling and cut-off buttons on mobile forms.

2. Updates to Patient Portal

2.1 - Updated icons to use Lucide for consistency with the plug-in.

2.2 - Added a link to the pharmacy’s Cerebro profile when a selected pharmacy is available.

3. Updates to Video Appointments

3.1 - Improved handling of network interruptions during video calls and added automatic rejoin after refreshing the page.

4. Updates to Provider Daysheet

4.1 - [Profile] Fixed a bug where appointments failed to load if the patient’s chart was missing an address.

4.2 - [Accuro] Fixed a bug where appointments with invalid dates caused the daysheet to fail to load.

5. Updates to Payments

5.1 - Added the ability for clinic admins to include custom notes on completed invoices (for example, “paid by cash”).

6. Other Updates

6.1 - The “Book a walk-in appointment” button now only appears at the end of the new patient form when publicly bookable workflows are available.

6.2 - Shortened SMS notification messages sent from patient messaging.

6.3 - Applied WCAG accessibility improvements to the post-appointment page. Feedback buttons are now accessible via the keyboard.

6.4 - Added an initial prototype for PSS integration.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Messaging

1.1 - Fixed a bug where the “Files Pending Review” indicator did not update in real time when files were uploaded or dismissed in chat.

2. Stability and Error Handling

2.1 - Fixed a Sentry error caused by mismatched keys when retrieving a user’s private key.

2.2 - Updated the updates WebSocket connection to be non-blocking to improve reliability and performance.

3. Prescription Receipts

1.1 - Fixed a bug where emailing prescriptions from the Oscar Pro “View Rx” page was not working.

4. E2E Testing

2.1 - Added an E2E patient instance to the 2FA bypass list to support automated testing.
