Please make an effort to supply the following information when you encounter an issue in Cortico. These are very important to allow us to quickly resolve the problems you report.
A ScreenShot - A video or image of the issue helps our team understand exactly what you are seeing.
The URL (web address) - The link to the webpage on Cortico where you saw the issue.
The Patient Demographic Number - Which patient was affected? Please share their unique ID in the EMR, rather than their personal information, to retain privacy if possible.
For example:
Hello Cortico,
We have noticed patients get blocked when booking online at clinicname.cortico.ca/book/walk-in .
The patient we tested with is demographic number 32421.
I've attached a screenshot of what this looks like, showing the error message.
Note: If you send a screenshot, avoid including personal information. Also, if the issue is not specific to a patient, then you do not need to include the demographic number.
