The Daily Report Email is designed to provide clinics with a comprehensive summary of essential information every morning. The purpose of this email report is to simplify the clinic's workflow, eliminating the need to navigate multiple pages in Cortico or manually compile data.

Here's what's included in the Daily Report Email:

1.1: Summarized Booking, Email, and Reminder Stats with Corresponding Links to the Most Relevant Pages for Quick Access

The information is broken down by Bookings, Emails, and Reminder stats and clinics can open the individual pages to get additional information.

  • The Bookings stats includes the number of appointments successfully booked and the number of new patients that registered through Cortico. For more details on the booking stats, simply click the "Day Sheet" link in the email, and it'll take you directly to the clinic's Day Sheet.
  • The Email stats includes the number successfully sent unread and opened emails, as well as the number of unsuccessfully sent emails. For more information on the email stats, click the "Email Logs Page" link in the email, and it'll redirect you to the clinic's Email Logs Page.
  • The Appointment stats includes the number of successfully sent email and SMS reminders. To view the unsuccessfully sent appointments reminders, click on the "Reminders Report Page" link in the email, and it'll redirect you to the clinic's Reminders Report Page

By clicking on the Email Logs and Reminder Report links, clinics can easily investigate which patients have received their emails and those who haven't, enabling them to follow up with them accordingly to ensure they receive their relevant information. 

2.1: Email Address

The Daily Report Email is sent to the clinic's contact email that is displayed on the clinic's Cortico booking site. The email cannot CC other emails, but if you want the Daily Report Emails sent to another email address, you can forward the emails using filters in your inbox.
