1. Changed the title on the new patient signup page from "Adult Patient Form" to "New Patient".
  2. Updates to the Clinic Settings page:
    1. Added the ability to delete clinic locations.
    2. Changed the text of "Send Password Reset" button to "Send welcome email".
    3. Moved the "Send welcome email" from the doctor settings to the user settings.
  3. Updates to the appointment booking page:
    1. When booking family doctor appointments at clinics with multiple locations, we now list all locations the patient's family doctor works at. To set this up, make sure that each Doctor (i.e. unique provider number) for a doctor is associated with the same User.
    2. Increased the size of radio buttons in the COVID-19 screening questionnaire.
    3. Increased the size of the terms and conditions checkbox.
  4. Updates to video appointments:
    1. A record of prescription files sent is now saved, to provide audit history demonstrating that doctors have sent prescription files to the patient during video appointments. (Note: We record the filename, doctor, patient demographic number, and date the prescription was sent. We do not record the prescription content.)
  5. Doctors and MOAs can now sign in to Cortico using their email instead of their username. To set an email, go to Menu > Settings > Staff and click the edit icon next to a user.
