To use the Cortico patient messenger in Accuro, a CDS link must be created:
Important! if any of these settings does not match exactly, the CDS link won't work.
1. In clinicname.cortico.ca/admin/django_app/app create a new App object with a secure app_key string you generate. Note, the app key is a secret and should not be recorded anywhere outside of the designated space in Accuro.
2. In Accuro, create a new CDS link, with customer parameters
url=https://<clinicname>.cortico.ca/patient/
app_key=<app_key>
app=Accuro Patient Messaging
username=<cortico username>
You can get the correct cortico username from the admin area list of Users https://<clinicname>.cortico.ca/admin/auth/user/
3. In addition, set the patient_id parameter (built in) in your CDS link.
