What is White-Label?

White-label features allow you to display your clinic's branding throughout Cortico's online booking site. Cortico branding, including logos, is also greatly reduced.

1. White-Label Services

White-label support comes standard with our Premium Plan and Elite Plan and includes the following features:

1. Addition of the Clinic Logo to the booking portal header

2. Removal of Cortico name, logo, and links from the booking portal

2. Autogenerated Clinic Website

Cortico offers a generated website for your clinic. This site uses data from your Cortico service to automatically populate most sections of this site. This is a great option for practices who want their website on auto-pilot with minimal effort, and great traffic performance. However, if you want a more customizable brand experience for patients, you should consider platforms such as Wordpress instead because the ability to customize the Cortico website is quite limited! It's best for simple and automated web hosting where the clinic is primarly concerned with functionality and not custom branding or presentation.

The Pricing for the Cortico Clinic Website is currently: 

• $149/month for the full website

• $20/month for the mini-site (Homepage and Contact Us page only)

• Please note, Custom Domains (domains without trailing ".cortico.ca")

  • will require a one-time fee of $3000

The Full Clinic Website consists of: 

1. Homepage

Here, the logo, colours, images, and text are all customizable to match your clinic's branding. 

2. Services Page

The Services page is automatically updated based on the services your clinic offers for online booking, so everything is always up to date!

3. Our Team Page

The Our Team also updates automatically as providers are added or removed from your clinic. The appointment types they provide also update automatically. Each Doctor can have a bio, and an image. 

4. Contact Us Page

Here you have your clinic hours, contact information, and any other notes or messages you would like patients to see before contacting the clinic.

5. FAQ

Patients can find the answers to frequently asked questions here, without wasting staff time.

6. Announcements

Important announcements can be posted on this page, such as notices of clinic closure, or updated health guidelines. 

7. Customization

You can customize:

• Page names in the nav bar

• CTA button labels (“Book Now”, “Find an Appointment”)

• Headers & body text across all pages

• List steps and content sections

What's Not Included (Out of Scope)

• Adding new pages outside the default template

• Fully custom layouts or animations

• Custom booking flows or postal code logic

• Branding consultations or logo design

• Photography for clinic staff

• Font size changes, unless for accessibility needs
