Task Management Menu
Using the Task Management Menu to Request Patients to Complete Forms or Upload Photos/Documents back to your Clinic

In the forms tab, you request which standalone form you would like to have the patient complete, at which point they will receive an email prompting them to fill it out.
Shown below that is a history of what forms the patient has previously completed.
On the photos/document uploads tab, you can review which files the patient has successfully returned into the EMR.
