Out of Province Patients are patients with health cards from a province outside of your clinic.

If your clinic accepts out of province patients, they can book appointments through Cortico as normal. 

If your clinic does not accept out of province patients, you can indicate this in a pop-up that appears before booking. To learn how to do this click here.

To block all types of new patients (in province or out of province) from booking, please contact help@cortico.ca to implement this change.
